@kingbritt @AmericanExpress Credit card companies (and Transunion) current tactic: hire call centers of cannon fodder in India, feed them to angry customers, take zero responsibility for anything. I had a company cut my credit in half based on lies (wrong credit score), dropped rating by 60 pts. 1/2

How come every @AmericanExpress agent conveniently can't access a specific website page when it conflicts with their true benefits. One of the worst customer services experiences. As someone who travels a lot, do not use them ... what happened to the quality.

So far can’t check into hotel early unless I wanna pay an extra 135 a day for an available suite. Which I can’t justify. Just frustrated with myself for taking so long to pack. Resulted in me only being able to rinse off before flying. NEED SHAVE!
