@kingbritt @AmericanExpress Credit card companies (and Transunion) current tactic: hire call centers of cannon fodder in India, feed them to angry customers, take zero responsibility for anything. I had a company cut my credit in half based on lies (wrong credit score), dropped rating by 60 pts. 1/2

@AmericanExpress SERVICE IS HORRIFIC a 32 minute phone call w AmEX representatives - Kumal and Aayshi who have NO Authority to do anything. I am a card 38 year card holder, cannot cancel a card that has never been in our hands but fees keep being billed. Its fraud

How come every @AmericanExpress agent conveniently can't access a specific website page when it conflicts with their true benefits. One of the worst customer services experiences. As someone who travels a lot, do not use them ... what happened to the quality.
