@AmericanAir I will but not sure what the record locator number has to do with this. Just so happens I am in the middle of a trip, not uncommon as I fly a lot but this has nothing to do with this trip. I am assuming the person got my number from my name and my AAdvantage account.

@AmericanAir I booked a round trip flight through you from EWR to DFW 4/7-10. You only credited the flight to DFW to my AA account, say the return flight is not eligible. Why not? Your website is no help.

@JohnBarrowman @4SylvesterMcCoy @AmericanAir Sadly it wasn't one experience, I've wrote the last one off and put it down to a bad day in the skies as 2 other airlines cancelled and AA picked up the slack under the alliance. Have a safe a safe flight JB ✈️
