But travelers who try to get around the extra fees by just asking someone who paid those fees to just give them the more expensive seat are also not blameless.

@AmericanAir Gotta love it when after a long day of work, ur flight is delayed but you still make the connection with 18 mins to spare but the agent decided to close the door early. I’m aware of the 15 mins policy that most agents don’t ever follow, but I still had time!

@AmericanAir my sister, nurse coming off 48 hours working at hospital, flying today to see sick parent in SC. Sister sleeping on floor at ORD thanks to no help from flt 1501 FA in deplaning in time to make connection. Having to drive to NC tomorrow to get her. Bad job y'all.

@AmericanAir the worst experience my connecting flight from MIA to Jax was delayed over 3 hours. Which lead to me not getting my rental and will now need to book hotel. This is just ridiculous.

@Prairiefire42 @AmericanAir I am in complete agreement with Kevin, same experience. The company has devolved, and it shows most in the employees, they have lost the bubble and clearly aren’t interested in improvement. Giving my 900k miles away. The shitshow in CLT on a good day was insufferable.
