@AmericanAir I reached out to you hoping that you could assist with getting my daughter's lost but found again bag back from Barcelona, but all I really got was a form letter in my DM's. Is AA's position that the Warsaw $ was paid, so the matter is closed? #airlines #lostluggage

@AmericanAir hello lovely people of AA. I have been trying to make meals selections (online & on the app) for my business class flights for a couple of weeks and keep getting: “Our system is having trouble. Please try again or come back later.” Very persistent system issues..
