American Airlines is a US airline and has Dallas/Forth Worth International Airport as its largest hub. American Airlines also owns American Eagle, which operates mostly regional flights. American Airlines is in the process of merging with US Airways. This merger is expected to close in the third quarter of 2013.

@BidenHQ Had an international flight to the UK with @AmericanAir and the inflight entertainment and wifi didn’t work. Flight attendants were miserable, passengers were miserable. Worst 8 hour flight ever. Won’t be flying American again.

@AmericanAir Two flights in one month. Two delays. One worse than the other. AA support has been an embarrassment.

@AmericanAir your priority business queue at jfk terminal 8 is terrible. The priority queue is twice as long as economy passengers for the document ID check, and then you rejoin the main queue for the security check and baggage check with everyone else. Incredibly poor service

My ordeal with airlines continues. @AmericanAir can't allow even one over head carry on bag for 3 of us although we have international connection. Ridiculous, RDU C12.

Cool work of your app @AmericanAir - selected flight and selected seats. App crashed. Tried to book again and flight went up over $200. Luckily @Delta didn’t have the same issue
