@AmericanAir Aircraft arrived 90 minutes ago and you're just now discovering a "maintenance issue" as boarding has commenced? All I've seen is terrible operations at AA for the past month. The company leadership is consistently ineffective.

@ChayaRaichik10 Let’s say it’s an average of $400 per person per flight, with 200 people per flight domestically. That’s roughly $80,000 per flight. These issues are unacceptable with that amount of money being spent. Whoops! The door fell off. @united @AmericanAir @SouthwestAir
