American Airlines is a US airline and has Dallas/Forth Worth International Airport as its largest hub. American Airlines also owns American Eagle, which operates mostly regional flights. American Airlines is in the process of merging with US Airways. This merger is expected to close in the third quarter of 2013.

@AmericanAir Aircraft arrived 90 minutes ago and you're just now discovering a "maintenance issue" as boarding has commenced? All I've seen is terrible operations at AA for the past month. The company leadership is consistently ineffective.

@AmericanAir has the worst possible customer service who have no idea or information to help customers. Website tells me there is delays and diversion yet staff has no idea and I’m the one telling them which doesn’t help

Think this might be my last time flying with @AmericanAir, these have been the most ridiculous 48 hours. The FA being a total bitch regarding a dietary restriction was it for me!
