American Airlines is in the process of merging with US Airways. This merger is expected to close in the third quarter of 2013.

Cool work of your app @AmericanAir - selected flight and selected seats. App crashed. Tried to book again and flight went up over $200. Luckily @Delta didn’t have the same issue

@AmericanAir got big issue w/ res sys. U won't accept Canada bank issued USD cr card. Ur sys req US addr 4 USD quotd price; Canadian site accept Canadian addr but won't accept USD denominated Canadian cr card 4 CAD quotd price. I can't avail gr8 travel protectn frm my cr crd!!!

Hey @AmericanAir you are killing me! #AA1327 delayed more than three hours at #DFW with no end in sight. My parents (both 80+) are stuck down there with a long flight ahead of them. Enough is enough!

@AmericanAir DM doors should be open when someone's travel plans are getting disrupted not when they are already disrupted. Also, your customer care takes hours to respond
