@amazonIN @PrimeVideoIN You guys are looting like anything. i have subscribed from prime lite membership and wanted to upgrade now, you guys dont have option for that and wants me to cancel the lite membership with cancellation charges and subscribe new for prime.Shame on you guy

I have requested to close my JioFiber account to the executive who installed my another new account but still it isn’t done and my one year @PrimeVideoIN subscription also went in vain for that. @reliancejio @JioCare please get this resolved at the earliest
