@amazonIN There is no way you get a direct response. You answer to AI and after 30 questions you are shown the exit door, You cannot talk Chat or mail them. I had some return issue missing delivery all waste. Being monopoly they dictate. Things will change

@AmazonHelp Hey! Any way to talk to an actual person and not a self-service help menu that promises nothing? I'm freaking tired of being told I need to change my password because I'm trying to buy treats for my dog. Things I always get, but somehow am told must be unauthorized.
