@AlaskaAir Iām a 100k flying LAS-LAX on 4.25. Traveling with the 75k Mrs. Lots of space in F, G fare class and upgrade has not cleared. For this flight donāt really care if I get an upgrade, but surprised it has not cleared. Wonder why?

Well thatās a first. Just got on an @AlaskaAir flight and the door attendant at boarding made me put my phone in my backpack because it has a strap w 5x6ā bag attached & they decided it counted as a third item. Iāve never had an issue with it in the last like 7 years of flying.

Just got removed from an @AlaskaAir flight because I had acid reflux. Even though the nice people at the ticket counter told her I was fine. She refused. @AlaskaAir as a frequent flyer of you guys. Im disappointed in your service. Do better

@AlaskaAir when I was asking for water for my daughter for the second time. The FA came over and told me I could get it in the back or else I had to wait.. why should I bring my own entertainment and get my own stuff? If you're considering flying Alaska. I highly suggest not to!

Very disappointing that @AlaskaAir customer service has gone downhill from years past. The airline has changed a lot and is not willing to make exceptions for loyal customers in emergency situations. @seattletimes @thepointsguy

On @AlaskaAir SEA to RNO Thursday afternoon there were ZERO credit card pitches. It feels gross traveling on paid transportation and being pitched credit cards like this.

Disappointed in @AlaskaAir - they used to have great customer service and work with customers. We have been very loyal and now am considering changing airlines. We had an emergency and since my wife bought saver fair they would not work with us at all. Plus not very friendly.
