@dugalira @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence A cell tower is down in our neighborhood for more than 8 weeks. No signals within our residential complex for all networks but predominantly Airtel. Airtel cust service would send us message every week that issue was addressed but we get monthly bills. Dont know what we pay for.

(4/x) The moment he turned it on he got mails and messages on that phone. And ever since that day, @airtelindia decided to start charging 670 per day for international roaming even when the phone is switched off. Without any phone call confirmation, without my consent….
