@airtelindia I have requested for disconnection of a landline number for more than a month now. Til date it has not been processed and the call centre team has started misbehaving now. With such behavior, it seems we should forgo other 3 connections(12 year old) as well.

@airtelindia Pathetic Fibre installation service, registered a new connection on 24th Dec, took a week to be let know that installation could not be completed. Now waiting for my refund for the past 1 week, registered a complaint on 121, but still no response.
