@Airtel_Presence Meenakshi Madam, You @airtelindia sr. mgt is not working. They have provided a cheap and low quality router. Help desk and tech support are helpless. Teach them how to work honestly. Teach them how to improve HW & service. Things are getting worse day by day.

Bars are full 5g also there 5g unlimited plan also activated but date drain pack plan ? Any one facing this issue I have jio I second sim but jio give unlimited then why Airtel did not I travel lot place still the same issue

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @useless Airtel Customer service is #liar. they lie you for the whole day. The case not been assigned to technician yet and i do not have local technician contact else i would do it myself. I would love to switch to @JioCare soon.

Couldn't finish watching a 85 min @NetflixIndia movie in 4 hours journey for pathetic internet connectivity of @airtelindia. But all @Airtel_Presence wants every time I complain is my details, then they sit on it worse than a clerk of a govt office with no solution ever.
