When did @Airbnb service go downhill? I literally got lectured by agent that me paying thousands of dollars in service fees on a canceled reservation was justified because it funds exceptional 24/7 service. Then she tried to transfer me to someone, but no one was available

@alliiebug @Airbnb One of my good friends and his wife went on a trip and used Airbnb. It was terrible the place was filthy had blood everywhere and cockroaches. Even with picture proof Airbnb still sided with the host and not them. It's actually crazy how downhill airbnb has gone.
