.@Airbnb has us in a panic. Host cancelled our month long booking just hours before check in. And did this after last week they claimed there was a glitch and tried to charge us more than the price we booked. Superhost? Supergrifter maybe.

@Airbnb Outrageous treatment of customers. Husband got slapped with an additional $1800 charge for a horrible experience at an #Airbnb. There's a reason people are going back to hotels. Unbelievable mistreatment of the consumer.

Hi @AirbnbHelp @Airbnb I opened a case today re: a trip I returned from last night, wherein the cabin we went to had many issues including a faulty fireplace that could’ve easily killed my toddler. Your service agent refused a refund because I didn’t reach out til we got home.

RIP @Airbnb what once was a great vacation booking service has no turned into a dump with blackvoid when u inquire with their customer service team. God forbid you need anything, no one will understand you nor symphonies nor address your issue correctly. Policy policy all u hear
