@AppleSupport I’ve been waiting for a refund from @Airbnb for 15 working days to my original payment method which was Apple Pay. They say it should have arrived by now, my bank @NatWest_Help say there’s no refund pending in the system. When can I have my money back please?

@tripworks @AirbnbHelp @Airbnb @bchesky Yeah it seems that is typically the case sadly. Just need more good reviews to outweigh the crappy ones. Also their damage coverage is a joke... we had to take them to small claims to pay for damage to one of our spots in the bay.

When did @Airbnb service go downhill? I literally got lectured by agent that me paying thousands of dollars in service fees on a canceled reservation was justified because it funds exceptional 24/7 service. Then she tried to transfer me to someone, but no one was available

@AirbnbHelp @Airbnb I've never had a issue with a company so bad, hotels are definitely the better way to go after both experiences I had with them were horrible. Not even offer to take off a cleaning fee after I deep cleaned the house after I was told to do it on email from the house host. BS!!!

@AirbnbHelp @Airbnb Right, their help didn't help, half the time they didn't get what I was saying and they treated me like a idiot, I swear my IQ dropped 20 points just trying to help them understand, & they do no give a flying F about their customers so watch out. WARNING!!!!Do not use them!!!!!
