@jakeshieldsajj Rental houses should be slowly done away with. Apartment buildings should be minimized. @Airbnb and @vrbo require clamp down in residential neighborhoods.

We’ve been on the phone all week, repeated promises of a specialised team that will come back to us, never any specific replies. Panicked guests. Superhosts.
