Very disappointed with @Airbnb. A host has filed fraudulent charges against us for damages we didn't cause. Airbnb sided with the host without providing evidence that we caused the alleged damage. I was told I'd get an immediate call back and it's been 7 hours @AirbnbHelp

@Brew_ster82 @Airbnb Airbnb is the worst. Had horrible experience and they blocked our ability to leave a review within the allowed period . I contacted support and they even acknowledged seeing the link sent didn’t work. I have incriminating pics. Go elsewhere with your business.

This highlights one of the *many* issues with @Airbnb’s “identity verification process”. Although 3rd party bookings are *technically* against Airbnb policy, it has no safeguards to ensure the guest who arrives is the user who booked the listing. 1/2

Imagine flying to Nashville. When you arrive your @Airbnb host cancels when you land. @Airbnb support doesn’t find a replacement. try @bookingcom to find a hotel. You book 3 hotels. Each hotel you arrive at is overbooked. You spend $400 going to each place. 7hrs in…still nothing
