I had to call multiple times and message multiple times over a 3 week time frame. Mind my account is STILL SUSPENDED. They tell me Entergy (the gas company) work order is not sufficient proof or documentation @Airbnb

I submit that and call @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp and they tell me I have to wait until the team Messages me back in the app and I can't speak to anyone on the phone. They are not able to transfer calls. So you can immediately move a guest but can't immediately resolve their complaint

Before I could even do anything else I realize @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp has already suspended my account due to "unsafe conditions" so no bookings AND gave a full refund. Now I can't even be upset at Airbnb about the unsafe condition suspension cuz I get it make sure the house is safe

literally about to break down, how does @Airbnb let someone out up pictures, an address, a full description of a place and then the day of allow the owner to send us to a smaller place blocks away with 2 less bedrooms. now we’re scrambling to try and find a place to stay.
