@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFiberne9619 We are from Hyderabad Tolichowki , Deluxe colony we are facing an internet issue from last 3 to 4 months, most of the time net speed very low like it will not load a what's app message now net is not coming from 5 days.

Hi @ACTFibernet, my internet has been down since 5 PM yesterday, and it’s been over 12 hours with no resolution. A ticket has already been raised, but there’s still no response. Ticket ID: SR10171346785764. Please assist urgently.

@ACTFibernet Day 5: No internet yet. Have raised the issue to Nodal Officer and also to ConsumerCourt Forum. Have demanded that i dont need the service anymore and so the remaining amount must be refunded to Me. Worst broadband of Hyderabad.

@ACTFibernet taking longer than expected mean there is works going on,bt no works going on,you didn't even send anyone to fix the issue,next time please mention when you are going to send someone to fix,all you do is type same exact word and post, replying here won't solve issues

@ACTFibernet Another notification to wait for another 24hrs. Is this a joke ?? Are you guys professional from any sense ? This is the most pathetic Broadband netwrk in Hyderabad, no wonder why many people are switching to another broadband companies. I’ll soon apply in consumer court for this
