@ACTFibernet I have requested for a new router but you pathetic team says it will take another 7 days. Seriously, for the router only you people are taking this much time. If I'm not getting it by Saturday then I will surely move to Jio fiber.

@PMOIndia @ACTFibernet @TRAI @DoT_India There is already an SR pending for 4 days and you could not resolve and you file a new SR. What do you do with old SR? Close and use new SR to show that you addressed customer query quickly? You took 6-7 days to shift while maximum ETA given by you is 3 days. Why?

@ACTFibernet , worst internet provider in Bangalore. No internet since two days. No courtesy to answer calls. While chatbot provides resolution time as 2 hours. Its high time, ACT leadership should take call on this kind of long time service disruption without any prior msg.
