One of the worst broadband provider is @ACTFibernet . To arrange a router they will take their own sweet time. It's been more than a week, struggling to get a router. Horrible service.

Hi @ACTFibernet, my internet connection has been disrupted for the past 4 days and now it has been 3 days since I raised the ticket. This has been a routine now that every month I at least face a day of disruption. Can you pl resolve it soon?

@ACTFibernet I have requested for a new router but you pathetic team says it will take another 7 days. Seriously, for the router only you people are taking this much time. If I'm not getting it by Saturday then I will surely move to Jio fiber.

@PMOIndia @ACTFibernet @TRAI @DoT_India There is already an SR pending for 4 days and you could not resolve and you file a new SR. What do you do with old SR? Close and use new SR to show that you addressed customer query quickly? You took 6-7 days to shift while maximum ETA given by you is 3 days. Why?

@ACTFibernet , worst internet provider in Bangalore. No internet since two days. No courtesy to answer calls. While chatbot provides resolution time as 2 hours. Its high time, ACT leadership should take call on this kind of long time service disruption without any prior msg.

@ACTFibernet Is it not possible to publish various modes of payment on your website? Given that you have stopped physical mode of collection and moved to digital world can you not have a section that lists details of all modes of payment apart from the app, online ? #DigitalIndia
