@ThreeUKSupport Folks, I live in HA8 area, all the years I've had Three my home signal has been poor to unusable. On switching on it shows -101 dBm but after a while drops to -111 dBm. My understanding this is an unreliable signal strength.

@rivergecko @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I went into a Three store and the employee said they couldn't help and told me to call and pretend that I wanted to cancel my account to get through to a real person. That worked. Joke of a company.

@lghh81 @ThreeUKSupport There’s a problem with the app! PAYG customers who are on an autorenew plan (with unlimited calls) are wrongly being charged from their balance and when their balance is £0 then you can’t call. @ThreeUKSupport Please rectify and refund asap

@ThreeUKSupport exactly the same issue as everyone else. Says I have no allowance but I have unlimited calls. You’ve charged me from my balance but shouldn’t have. SORT IT OUT
